Engineers and Researchers
The TechnoPro Group has 21,264 domestic engineers and researchers with technical skills and knowledge in numerous industrial fields. We also have over 1,000 engineers active across our overseas locations, meaning we take pride in being the largest technical human resources service group in Japan. The TechnoPro Group supports 2,212 customers, including major manufacturers operating in the global market, information and communication companies requiring cutting-edge IT technology, research institutions continuing to challenge unexplored fields, and construction firms which support the basis of our society. Training (Number of partisans)
TechnoPro Group’s training provision is seen as the best in the industry, with a lineup of over 500 training programs. Facilities include 4 large training centers, 2 technical centers, and 55 training facilities. In addition, we provide employees with various opportunities to improve their skills, such as using externally affiliated educational institution programs, or distance and e-learning courses with no time or location constraints. In FY June 2020 the number of training program participants totaled 235,670 people.
In addition to our proprietary training programs that are actually useful in design and development, we also actively use e-learning, and a total of 114,841 people (approximately 150,000 hours) have taken these e-learning courses.
The TechnoPro Group has 202 sales offices, research centers and training facilities in Japan and overseas (as of the end of August 2020, excluding Win School) to meet the needs of customers in each region. We have also established 15 locations in China, Singapore, India, Thailand and the UK to support as a partner Japanese companies that have expanded there.
