Employee Education and Development

The TechnoPro Group considers that human resources are the source of value creation, and its business operations are identical to human capital management. Based on that idea, the Group is proactively investing in human resource development and developing an environment for it. We are implementing a variety of initiatives to make all employees fully utilize their skills and play an active role. These include the improvement of the market value of engineers through providing training programs that enable them to acquire cutting-edge technologies and skills that will be increasingly in demand in the future, or offering attractive projects and diverse career paths.

In addition, we offer efficient learning opportunities accessible from anywhere and at any time. These include ways of participation, such as the Win School, which currently has approximately 50 schools in major cities throughout Japan, as well as online courses through e-learning and webinar courses, and correspondence courses.

Technical Training

The TechnoPro Group offers various opportunities for engineers and researchers to acquire the technical skills necessary to offer superior service as professionals. In addition to our practical technical training programs, which are developed by applying the our extensive knowledge gained from various field of research and development, the Group always update the curriculum, which was developed in collaboration with external partners and global vendors with advanced technologies, to meet the market needs and changes in technological trends. We actively support the learning of technical skills based on each engineer’s technical level, as well as the development of higher expertise such as project management or consulting.

Training by position and objective

To achieve the human resource portfolio required to execute our business strategy, we have developed training programs for positions and objectives for administrative employees such as sales, recruitment, and headquarters staff. These programs are managed individually with a Learning Management System (LMS). From the perspective of a human resources strategy linked to the Group’s management strategy, we are developing a variety of training programs to promote the acquisition of the knowledge and skills that the TechnoPro Group requires to employees. Through these training programs, we also aim to offer a place for growth that meets to the needs of each and every employee. Furthermore, we offer opportunities for highly motivated colleagues to come together and enhance their knowledge on common interests and topics, such as holding voluntary study sessions in which the management and internal experts attend as speakers.

Sustainability Training

The TechnoPro Group conducts annual sustainability training sessions for all executives and employees, including engineers. This training is intended to establish a foundation for proper business operations by enhancing a sense of unity within the Group through an understanding of the corporate philosophy and management policies of the TechnoPro Group while gaining knowledge of various legal systems. The training informs and explains information, rules and regulations regarding topics related to our philosophy framework with the purpose at its core, sustainability, environmental protection, compliance, ethics and human rights, protection of personal information, information security policy, and prevention of corruption. In addition, we carry out comprehension tests, following up to ensure the training participation rate reaches 100%.

Win School

As part of our advantages for providing training to the TechnoPro Group employees, we offer access to the Win School, which has approximately 45 schools in major cities throughout Japan. The Win School offers a variety of courses including programming, web design, and CAD. It also offers tailored support to help engineers develop their skills based on their purpose.
