MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index

The MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index targets 50% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization of each Global Industry Classification Standard [i](GICSR) Sector and is designed to target companies that have high Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance.

MSCI JAPAN EMPOWERING WOMEN INDEX (WIN)

The MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN), which is part of the MSCI environmental, social and governance (ESG) index family, aims to represent the performance of companies that are leading within their GICSR1 sector groups in terms of promoting and maintaining gender diversity, while also meeting certain quality criteria.

S&P Carbon Efficient Indices

The S&P Carbon Efficient Indices are designed to reduce exposure to high-carbon companies in a systematic way, while maintaining a risk/return profile similar to that of their benchmarks. The indices do this by adjusting constituents’ weights according to their relative carbon-to-revenue footprint. These carbon weight adjustments are calculated using the S&P Carbon Global Standard, a proprietary carbon classification system.

FTSE4Good Index Series is the world's leading ESG index that includes only companies with outstanding ESG initiatives. It is considered one of the key criteria for investors in selecting companies to invest in, taking into account their ESG initiatives.

FTSE Blossom Japan Index and Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. The index is adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) of Japan as a core ESG benchmark for its passive investments, and Mitsui has been selected in the index having fulfilled the index criteria.

FTSE Russell confirms that TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. has been independently assessed according to the index criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE Blossom?Japan Index. Created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE Blossom?Japan Index is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. The FTSE Blossom?Japan Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.

The Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index, an ESG index created by Morningstar, evaluates a company's gender diversity efforts, and we have been selected as one of the index components.

Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings

Sustainalytics ESG Risk Ratings are ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risk assessments provided by Sustainalytics to leading global companies and financial institutions that evaluate industry-specific risks to which a company is exposed and how well it is addressing those risks. In February 2023, we were selected as a "Region Top Rated" company in the ESG Risk Assessment, which recognizes companies with low ESG risks that could have a material financial impact (Low Risk).

2024 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. was named a 2024 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category). The recognition, received for the five consecutive years since 2020, is a joint certification given by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi (health promotion organization) on March 11, 2024.
Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations are those enterprises, large or small, that engage in notable initiatives that address regional health issues and health promotion measures recommended by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

Approved Tokyo Workstyle Reform Declaration Company

We were certified as a Tokyo Workstyle Reform Declaration Company by Tokyo Metropolitan Government under its program of Workstyle Reform Promotion Program which was aimed to encourage companies operating in Tokyo to improve work styles and how to take a break.
The TechnoPro Group will advance workstyle reform to improve our employees’ work/life balance through various measures such as a working hour management measure by eradicating excessive workload in order to further promote safe and secure work environment.

We were selected in the ‘Excellent employees benefit offering company general section’ under ‘Employees Benefits Reward and Recognition System (hataraku e-ru)’ which is promoted by Employees Benefit Award and Recognition Committee.

DX Certified Operator by METI

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. has been selected as a Digital Transformation (DX) Certified Operator based on the national DX Certification Initiative implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
The DX Certification Initiative is based on the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing which was enacted on May 15, 2020. This initiative nationally certifies the companies that are recognized as ready to promote digital transformation, satisfying the basic requirements specified in the "Digital Governance Code."
We will continue to contribute to the promotion of DX by meeting the needs of society and industry through the technological capabilities of its engineers and researchers.

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. has been recognized by the Japan Investor Relations Association (JIRA) as one of the Best IR Award and “Most Liked!” IR Award winners at the IR Award 2022.
The IR Award, marking its 27th event, is designed to recognize companies which have been highly accredited in the investor community for their understanding and promotion of IR activities.
Among 344 companies applied to this award, we were selected to the Best IR Award winner as a company which has been committed to IR activities. We were also selected as one of the “Most Liked!” IR Award winners, which has been newly created in 2020 to share proactive IR experiences of companies that applied for the IR Award, and realize best practices.

Institutional Investor, a leading global financial magazine, publishes an annual ranking of Japanese companies and executives. In 2023, 505 Japanese companies were nominated across 26 business sectors, and 172 domestic and international asset management companies and securities analysts responded.
