Notice Regarding Receipt of Dividends from Consolidated Subsidiaries

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. hereby announces that it will receive dividends detailed below from its consolidated subsidiaries, TechnoPro, Inc. and TechnoPro Construction, Inc.
1. Details of Dividend

2. Impact on Financial Results
As a result of the receipt of these dividends, TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. will recognize the sales of 9,430 million yen in its non-consolidated financial results* for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
There will be no impact on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, as the dividends are from consolidated subsidiaries.
* TechnoPro Holdings, Inc.’ non-consolidated financial results are prepared in accordance with Japanese GAAP
