Notice Regarding Management Appointments

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. today announced that the election of directors and a substitute director has been approved at the 17th annual general meeting of shareholders, and the Board of Directors has approved a resolution on executive officer appointments in a meeting following the annual general meeting of shareholders.
Upon the approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation at the general meeting of shareholders, the Company has made the transition to a company with an Audit & Supervisory Committee as of today.
